Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for until further orders in CRL.OP.NO.10796 of 2021 order dated 23.06.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Clause 5(f) of the order dated 23.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10796 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 23.06.2021, directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 23.06.2021 stand unaltered. -sd/- 15/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
