This writ petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to measure the petitioner's land situated at R.S.No.779/3, Block No.42, Door No.539, Plot No.431, 10th Street, Vyasarpadi Sastri Nagar, Perambur Village, Purasalvakkam-Perambur Taluk, Chennai, by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is residing in the subject property for the past 35 years. It is the grievance of the petitioner she has given a representation on 30.08.2021 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees on 16.09.2020 itself. However, the same has not been considered by the third respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 05.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
