this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation in crime No.4 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 on the file of the fourth respondent to some other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D. or any other competent authority, for proper investigation and file a report before this Court within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.4 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 on the file of the fourth respondent, final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur. Therefore, transfer of investigation in crime No.4 of 2025 from the file of the fourth respondent does not arise.

Recording the above submission, this criminal original

petition is dismissed.
