CMP.No.13023/2023 in AS.No.285/2014 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and C.KUMARAPPAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to implead respondents 2 to 4 as respondents 2 to 4 in the Appeal Suit.

2.Learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Since this petition is not opposed and this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that there is an element of settlement and that the parties are likely to settle if the matter is referred to mediation. 5.Hence, the Appeal Suit is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 17.07.2023 at 10.30 a.m.

6.Post the Appeal Suit after receipt of Mediation Report.
