ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the order dated 26.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5176 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition only for 35 days and thereafter they have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5176 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
