ORDER

This writ petition has been filed on the ground that the second respondent who is functioning as Headmaster in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Chinnapushpagiri, is encouraging the students to join in the private school which is run by her husband in the nearby place.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent has since retired from service, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
