ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a FIR, on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.08.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner and in fact, the counter party laid a complaint as against the petitioner and he was issued C.S.R and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on the said CSR, enquiry was conducted and closed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the occurrence, the petitioner was attacked by the counter party and as such the petitioner sustained injuries. Even then, the second respondent did not register any FIR.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
