ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.2243 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 8(b) 4(1) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, Section 3(1)(m), 3 (1)(p) 3(1)(q) of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015, Section 10 and 11 of AIRCRAFT Act 1934 & Section 504, 506(i), 469, 281, 283 IPC, while granting bail to the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Principal Sessions and District Judge, Chengalpattu has granted bail on certain conditions one among is that '' the petitioners shall report before the Tambaram Police Station daily at 10.00 A.M and 5.00 PM until further orders'' and the

petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. However, their routine work has been stalled, due to this. Hence, prays for modification of the condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition.

5. In view of the submissions, made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2243 of 2019, dated 24.04.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 AM, until further orders.
