O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.98 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent/Police to the file of CB-CID Police to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records, this Court finds that this is not a fit case to transfer the case in Crime No.98 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent/Police to the file of CB-CID Police. However, the first respondent is directed to withdraw the case in Crime No.98 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent/Police and hand over the same to some other nearby jurisdictional Police Station to conduct a fair investigation.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
