This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner herein.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is running lodges under the name and style of S.R.Lodge and Angappa Lodge in Tiruppur, after getting due permisson and licence from the Government. He further submitted that since its inception there has been no allegation or complaint made against the said lodges. However, the third respondent Police have been causing unwarranted interference with running of the petitioner's business, which will seriously tarnish the name and reputation of the petitioner's business.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that only on routine checking, the third respondent-Police used to conduct due inspection and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner. He further submitted that as on date there is no case or C.S.R. or F.I.R pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
