ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the Court before which, the petitioner should surrender and execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition, the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Solinganallur. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 19.03.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.7515 of 2025, shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
