ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Na.Ka. No.48938/ 2016/EE 1 dated 22.8.2016 of the second respondent and further direct the respondents to promote the petitioner retrospectively from 31.3.2010 as Executive Engineer with all attended benefits viz., notional fixation of seniority, Fixation of pay, arrears of pay etc. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has been promoted as Executive Engineer vide G.O.(D).No.50, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E3) Department dated 12.02.2024 and hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the same.

3.Recording the above submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
