This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of 2nd respondent in Crime No.106 of 2021 to some other Investigating Officer under the supervision of the 1st respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that they have already examined 7 witnesses and that they will expedite the investigation and file the report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In such view of the matter and considering the nature of offence, the investigation cannot be transferred to any other Investigating Agency.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
