ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members on the complaint dated 14.08.2020 and 24.08.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 3 and 4 have burnt the cow shed of the petitioner and thereby, committed an offence punishable under Sections 429 and 435 of IPC. On the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.08.2020, the second respondent registered a FIR in Crime No.2043 of 2020 as against the respondents 3 and 4. Though they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.08.2020, subsequently, they were released on bail. After coming out from the prison, again they engaged in some illegal activities and threatened the petitioner and his family members with dire consequences. In fact, even before the arrest, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 24.08.2020.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint received from the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.2043 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 429, and 435 of IPC as against the respondents 3 and 4. Even thereafter, again the respondents 3 and 4 have indulged in some criminal activities as against the petitioner and on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner dated 24.08.2020, the respondents 3 and 4 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
5. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to register a complaint dated 24.08.2020 and proceed in accordance with law as against the respondents 3 and 4.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
