ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 143 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were in illegal possession of 1 Kg 200 Grams of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed on them.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally 4 accused involved in this case. The petitioners are arrayed as A3 and A4 and they are having illegal possession of 1 Kg 200 grams of Ganja. 5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
