O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2018 and pass orders.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a resident of Bodipatti post, Udumalaipet Taluk. Earlier, the 3rd respondent Transport Corporation operating two buses from Udumalaipet to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hosur, suddenly, the above buses have been stopped by the 3rd respondent without any reason whatsoever and hence, several people like students, workers, employees, small business men were put into hardship for 8 months. In the said circumstances, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 2 and 3 to resume the bus operation, on 20.01.2018, but no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the respondents 1 and 2 from January 2018, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
