The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second to Fourth Respondents to complete the enquiry and take appropriate action against the Fifth to Eighth Respondents based on the direction issued by the First Respondent in his Petition No.1556/2018/SUR/ER dated 15.02.2018. The Fourth Respondent shall file a report on the action taken pursuant to the aforesaid direction issued by the First Respondent. If the enquiry could not be completed, Counter Affidavit shall be filed explaining the reasons for the same before the next hearing.

Post the matter on 31.07.2019.
