ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the sixth respondent.
2. This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the first respondent, appointing Advocate Commissioners to handover possession of the property to the bank.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal and the same is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
4. In that event, the petitioner may seek necessary orders as may be permissible under law, before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, where the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.13605 and 13607 of 2024 are closed.
