This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.4 of 2025 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 296(b), 132, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of

Women Act, 2002, as against the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.4 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
