ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition to challenge the enquiry report dated 20.04.2009 of the first respondent based on the complaint of the petitioner and consequently, direct the first respondent to take appropriate action as per law, on the persons, who had brutally assaulted him.

2.Heard both sides and perused the records.

3.This Court is of the view that since the issue involved herein is related to the year 2009, nothing survives for adjudication at this distant point of time. Hence, this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
