Respondents PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first respondent, quash the impugned amendments to the rules framed under Section 34(1) of the Advocates Act by the first respondent vide SRO-C-12/2016 dated 20.5.2016 as ultra vires Section 35 of the Advocates Act as well as Articles 14, 21 and 141 and as such, unconstitutional and consequently/alternatively direct the first respondent to disclose the contents of the cyber-crime report and moot prosecution against the advocates and other criminals named and blamed therein.
