CMP Nos.9326 & 9328 of 2022 in S.A.Nos.655 and 77 of 2012 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent in these petitions.

It is seen that the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner did not have an opportunity to argue the case on merits in the second appeals. That apart, the learned counsel for the petitioner also raised certain grounds which requires consideration. Hence, this Court is inclined to re-hear both the second appeals. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.

Post both the second appeals for re-hearing on 05.08.2022. In the meantime, the Registry shall ensure that all the original records are put up before this Court at the time of hearing.
