This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the appeal.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appeared for the respondents expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory and also considering that the delay is only 5 days, this petition stands ordered. Thereby, the delay of 5 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.

4. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copies on the learned Additional Government Pleader.
