This Revision arises out of the order passed in Criminal Appeal No. 345 of 2018, dated 23.03.2019 and M.C.No. 21 of 2013, dated 01.10.2018 arising under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the issue between the husband and wife has already been settled and they have separated and are living peacefully and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Revision. Eventhough the learned counsel for the petitioner requested time for verification of this fact, however, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Revision is closed as having become infructuous as nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
