(Order of the Court was delivered by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.
2.The case of the petitioner is that she has given a representation on 25.03.2019 to the respondents seeking to consider her representation dated 16.11.2017 and to de-seal her premises permanently so as to use it for residential purpose. The prayer in this petition is that the first respondent be directed to pass orders on the said representation. 3.In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2019 and pass orders thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
