ORDER

(made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted before this Court that the District Collector has considered the objection of the petitioner and passed a detailed order on 24.04.2023 and a copy of the said order has been marked to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner however submitted that the petitioner has not received copy of any such order.

2. He has further informed the court that due to the objection raised, the event was not conducted in the land in question as raised in the writ petition and the event was conducted in an alternative site after obtaining report from the concerned authority. 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the contempt petition is closed.
