ORDER

The petitioner herein had applied for 'No Objection Certificate' for for running a SPA and seeking writ of mandamus to consider his representation and issue No Objection Certificate.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that as per the circular issued by the Commissioner of Police, the petitioner has to furnish certain particulars and documents along with application which are not enclosed in the representation given by the petitioner. Therefore, respondent is not in a position to process the application.

3. In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the documents necessary as contemplated under the circular issued by the Commissioner of Police and receipt of those document necessary order to be passed within a reasonable time.

4. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.06.2024 Vv 2/4
