ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, FAC of I Additional District Court, Tiruppur, vide D.No.236/2022 dated 13.06.2022.

2. It is seen from the records that, while dismissing the bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.12623 of 2020, this Court by order dated 19.08.2020, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No.41 of 2016, within a period of six months.

3. Now, the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruppur has sent communication dated 13.06.2022 vide D.No.236/2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in S.C.No. 41 of 2016 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court grants 3 months time to complete the trial in S.C.No. 41 of 2016 on the file of learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruppur from the date of receipt of copy of this order. -sd/- 27/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
