ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Review Application to review the order dated 16.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27113 of 2013.

2. The review petitioners have filed the review petition on the ground that, as if this Court observed that there was no monetary loss caused to the bank by the respondent. However, as per the counter affidavit filed in the writ petition, a monetary loss of Rs,42,90,000/- on delayed ICCOMS (Integrated Computerised Currency Operations and Management System) report.

3. Review applications can be entertained only on the ground of error apparent on the face of records. In the present case, there is no error on the face of records, which cannot be entertained by way of the present Review application. Hence, this Court is of the view that, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be acceded to and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Review Application is dismissed. Further, liberty is granted to the petitioners to prefer an appeal before this Court against the order dated 2/4
