Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 1st respondent is no more. In view of the same, he has filed this petition to bring on record the proposed respondents No. 4 and 5, as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents No. 4 and 5 in the above C.M.A.No.1273 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Post the CMA and Cros.Obj petitions on 20.04.2022.
