ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan J.) The father of the detenu-Sneha A.M., a minor girl aged about 17 years, has filed the above Habeas Corpus Petition, claiming that her minor daughter went missing from her house since15.03.2026.

2. Today, the detenu was produced from a Children's Home. It appears that she had gone along with a male friend. According to the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side), a case has been registered under POCSO Act, against the said friend.

3. We interacted with the detenu, who stated that she is now willing to go with her parents. Hence, the detenu was handed over to the parents, who were present in Court today.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is closed.
