Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Public Notice dated 10.10.2014 issued by the third respondent for convening a meeting on 15.10.2014 for the purpose of shifting the children who are studying in the petitioner Trust School to any other school and quash the same as the said order is illegal and arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and direct the third respondent not to interfere with the functioning of the school till the fifth respondent passes order on our application for recognition of our school.
