O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give Police protection to the petitioner and her family members on the basis of her complaint dated 22.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that one Sivakamasundari was in love with the petitioner's son Thirumuruganandan, on account of which, the said Sivakamasundari is threatening the petitioner frequently.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by Sivakamasundari, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.101 of 2016.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and give a representation to the 2nd respondent Police and take part in the enquiry in CSR.No.101 of 2016 and on such representation being given, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
