ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2018, and file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report has been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Jayankondam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.31 of 2018.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly the same is closed.
