[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is seen that the petitioner's son viz., Sadiq Basha is a convict prisoner No.3315 and is presently lodged in the Central Prison, Cuddalore and that the petitioner has given a representation dated 17.06.2021, to the prison authorities, seeking transfer of her son from the Central Prison, Vellore to the Central Prison, Puzhal, in which no order has been passed and hence, the instant writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

2. In view of the above, we direct the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2021, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this petition is closed. No costs.
