ORDER

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the FIR in Crime Nos.289 of 2023 and 290 of 2023 dated 20.05.2023 on the file of the 1 st respondent in view of the compromise arrived between the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases, submitted that it is a case of case and case in counter and both the parties are law graduates and that they have amicably settled the matter between themselves.

3. The petitioners/2 nd respondent in both the cases appeared before this Court and also submitted that they have amicably settled the matter between themselves.

4. In view of the above, the FIR in Crime Nos.289 of 2023 and 290 of 2023 dated 20.05.2023 on the file of the 1 st respondent police are quashed.
