CMP Nos.10460 and 10461 of 2021 in S.A. Nos.507 and 508 of 2007 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

CMP Nos.10460 and 10461 of 2021 have been filed to bring on record the respective 5th respondent as Legal Representative of the deceased 1st respondent Pavadai Gounder as the 5th respondent in respective Second Appeals viz., S.A. No.507 of 2007 and S.A. No.508 of 2007.

2. Heard Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Mr.R.Muralidharan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondents in these CMPs. He has also submitted that he has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and print the name of Mr.R. Muralidharan, as learned counsel for the proposed respondents on the next hearing date.
