For Petitioner : Mr.J.Titus Enock in all C.R.Ps For Respondents in all C.R.Ps : Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and final order dated 05.03.2025 passed in I.A.Nos.37, 35 and 36 of 2025 in O.S.No.409 of 2011 respectively on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Erode, Erode District.
.
2. I.A.Nos.35 and 36 of 2025 have been filed to reopen and recall the evidence of P.W1. I.A.No.37 of 2025 has been filed for marking of the documents which have come into existence much after the filing of the suit. Further, the documents are not required to substantiate the petitioner's case, as the petitioner has already filed the registered copy of the Sale Deed dated 24.04.1996. Therefore, the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode has rightly rejected the said application by contending that it has been filed at a late stage and appears to be an attempt to prolong the proceedings.

3. Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs.
