PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 09.02.2020 and to investigate the same as in accordance with law expeditiously and consequently direct the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation of the same.

This petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 09.02.2020 and to investigate the same in accordance with law and also to direct the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation of the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was lodged before the Commissioner of Police and the same was referred to the file of second respondent for enquiry. On receipt of the same, the petitioner was issued CSR.No.60 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enquiry, it was closed on 20.03.2020.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint.
