ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to register the pending document that was presented by the petitioner on 21.07.2020 and to hand over the document to the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted a document of deposit of title deeds for registration before the respondent and the respondent has kept it as a pending document without taking steps to register the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to proceed further to register the pending document presented by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner on 21.07.2020 or if there are any objections in registering the document, pass appropriate orders under Section 71 of the Registration Act.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
