This petition is filed to record that the 2nd respondent is already on record as the legal representative of the deceased 2nd appellant Danabakkiyam in S.A No.366 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of no objection expressed by the other side, and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
