The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.159 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 34 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that FIR in Crime No.159 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.
