This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the guise of conducting an enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Kasim, petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent.
