When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Apparently this writ petition is pending since 2021. This matter was lastly listed on 22.07.2021. Thereafter, it seems that no efforts were taken by the petitioner to get the matter listed. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter further. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
