O R D E R
This transfer petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.3781 of 2015, pending on the file of VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, Salem.
2.Though the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife to transfer H.M.O.P.No.3781 of 2015, pending before the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to Principal Family Court, Salem, when the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the parties have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.3781 of 2015, pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Family Court, Trichy and made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.3781 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2015, is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy. The learned VII Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.3781 of 2015 to the file of the Family Court, Trichy, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the H.M.O.P.No.3781 of 2015 is of the year 2015, the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible , in any event, not later than six months thereafter. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
