Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct Respondents to Survey and identify the lands measuring an extent of 1708 Sq.ft situated at Kattupakkam Village, Poonamalle, Chennai in pursuance to petitioner application dated 31.01.2019 with in a fixed period of time. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct Respondents to Survey and identify the lands measuring an extent of 1708 Sq.ft situated at Kattupakkam Village, Poonamalle, Chennai in pursuance to petitioner application dated 31.01.2019 with in a fixed period of time. 2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.03.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the first respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
