ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.9380 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is affected in Covid, thereby he was unable to execute the surety. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. In view of the above submission, time is extended for a period of three weeks to execute surety.

4. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
