ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and to his property on the basis of the representation-cum-complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.03.2026 within a time limit as directed by this Court. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner purchased MIG House No.119 in Block I & IV, Ganapathy Neighbourhood Scheme Area on 30.09.2025 from one Anushya, D/o.Late.Murugesan. Thereafter revenue records and electricity connection changed in the name of the petitioner. This being so, the second respondent/Sendhamuthu, by creating forged documents, trespassed into the petitioner's property and threatened the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner had sent a complaint to the first respondent on 30.03.2026.

Except for assigning CSR No.248 of 2026, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition along with copy of sale deed document, tax receipt, patta and electricity card. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No.

2026 assigned, the second respondent appeared for enquiry and he produced Power of Attorney Doc.No.515 of 1999 stating that on 25.01.1999, one Amudha, mother of Murugesan had given power to deal with the property. The Murugesan was the Allottee. There is some civil cases pending between the parties, now enquiry is proceeding. He further submitted that enquiry in CSR No.248 of 2026 would be concluded within a stipulated period and after calling upon all the parties and verifying the documents, appropriate steps would be taken.

4.Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the material, there seems to be rival claim over the property. Admittedly, the petitioner purchased the property from Anushya, D/o.Late.Murugesan. Whether there are other legal heirs to Murugesan and whether Murugesan is an allottee, all these facts to be considered during enquiry and also the claim of private respondents 2 to 5 to be considered and if found, any forged documents produced by either of the parties, appropriate action to be taken against them. 5.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 16-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RSI
