O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for granting planning permission with building license.

2.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the application given by the petitioner herein for granting planning permission it was processed and the defects were pointed out and communicated to the petitioner herein vide communication dated 23.05.2019. The petitioner herein is yet to rectify the deficiency and resubmit the application. The copy of communication is also furnished by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent.

3.Pursuant to the communication, which indicates that the application of the petitioner herein has been processed and returned for compliance of deficiency, it is for the petitioner herein to rectify and resubmit the application. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In such circumstances, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein has already taken for consideration and under process, no order is required in this writ petition except recording the action taken by the respondent herein. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
