Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the Petitioner to report before the respondent police daily by 10.30 a.m., imposed in order dated 29/06/2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.11155/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MAGESHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.PRATAP,Govt.Advocate(Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11155 of 2021 dated 29.06.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 29.06.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily by 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
